Position: Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) Travel
Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Arise CareStaff is looking to hire an experienced Case Manager Registered Nurses (RN) to work for our client healthcare facility in Santa Rosa, CA

Position Details:

• Start Date: 04/27/2026
• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00)
• Type of Assignment: Travel
• Job Duration: 13 weeks
• Computer Charting: Epic 
• Pay Range: $2,360.00- $2,655.00 per week 

Requirements:

• Current Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS certification by American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as Case Manager RN within the last 3 years.
