Job Title: Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) — New Nonprofit Residential Program

Compensation:
• $65,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:
A new nonprofit organization in Englewood, CO is seeking a Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) to oversee and help establish its first General Residential Operation (GRO) serving youth. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven organization from its inception and help shape a safe and supportive home environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Administrator of record for the residential program
• Ensure compliance with Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) licensing standards
• Oversee daily operations of the home
• Supervise and train staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Maintain required documentation and records
• Foster a nurturing, safe, and structured environment for youth residents
Qualifications:
• Current Colorado Child Care Facility Administrator credentials (or equivalent qualification under CDHS rules; required)
• Experience in residential child care or similar setting preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment
• Passion for serving vulnerable youth in a positive and mission-driven setting
